摘要
辨证论治是中医学的特色,是诊断疾病的基础。随着历史的变迁,历代医家对中医诊断疾病在理论及临床实践中的认识有了不断提高,推动了中医辨证方法的发展与完善。通过对《内经》等经典及相关论文的查阅与研究发现,无论形成时间先后,中医的辨证方法大多起源于《内经》,发展于《伤寒杂病论》,形成于历代医家的总结与实践。因理论基础相同,各种辨证方法之间相互渗透、相互补充,体现了中医整体观念的指导思想。故中医诊断疾病时应将多种辨证方法相结合进行辨证论治。
Treatment according to differentiation of syndrome is a characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）as well as the basic principle of instructing the TCM to diagnose diseases.With the development of history,ancient physicians have constantly improved the understanding of the diagnosis of diseases of TCM theory and clinical practice,and promoted the development and improvement of the TCM dialectical methods.Inspection and research on the ＂Neijing＂ and other classics and relevant papers,regardless of the formation of the chronological dialectical method of TCM is mostly originated in the ＂Neijing＂,and is developed in the ＂Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases＂,and is formed in the summarization and practice of the ancient physicians.Various dialectical methods are mutual penetration and complement each other.Because of the same theoretical basis,they can reflect the guiding ideology of the overall concept of TCM.Therefore,TCM diagnosis of diseases should use a variety of dialectical method.
