摘要
观察了克栓颗粒对家兔血小板聚集及小鼠血栓形成的影响。结果表明,克栓颗粒明显降低花生四烯酸(AA)及胶原诱导的家兔血小板聚集率(P<0.05~0.01),对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的家兔血小板聚集率也有一定的降低作用;明显延长大鼠体内血栓形成时间(P<0.01);明显抑制大鼠体外血栓的形成,其主要表现为使血栓长度明显缩短(P<0.01),血栓湿重和干重明显减轻(P<0.05);此外,还具有溶解血栓的作用,其主要表现为使血栓占血管腔面积的百分比明显减少(P<0.001)。提示克栓颗粒具有抑制血小板聚集及血栓形成的作用,这为解释该药的临床疗效机制提供了实验依据。
The effect of Keshuang granule (KG) on platelet aggregation in rabbits and thrombosis in rats were studied.The results showed that KG could significantly reduce the rate of platelet aggregation induced by arachidonic acid and collagen(P<0.05~0.01),decrease the rate of platelet aggregation induced by ADP to a certain extent,It could also markedly prolong the time for formation of thrombosis in vivo and inhibit thrombosis in vitro,e.g.,the length of thrombus was shortened (P<0.01),and the moist and the dried weight of thrombi were reduced (P<0.05).In addition,KG could dissolve thrombus,so that the area of vascular cavity occupied by the thrombus was decreased markedly (P<0.01).It is suggested that KG can inhibit platelet aggregation and thrombosis,and this provides an experimental evidence for the explanation of its therapeutic mechanism.
