摘要
目的研究视网膜脱离术后患者俯卧位的并发症及护理对策。方法选择在第四军医大学唐都医院就诊的100名视网膜脱离患者,随机分为给予护理干预的观察组50例和给予眼科常规护理的对照组50例,观察二组各类并发症发生例数、睡眠质量以及负面情绪。结果观察组眼睑水肿(5例)、呕逆(7例)、肘部皮肤破溃(2例)、颈椎疼痛(1例)的发生例数均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);PSQI评分(15.37±2.84)明显高于对照组;VAS评分(2.17±0.65)、HAMD评分(25.38±3.74)、HAMA评分(19.84±2.74)均明显低于对照组。结论护理干预对于因持续俯卧位而引起的生理和心理不适感均有积极的治疗意义。
Objective To study the face-down positioning complication of retinal detachment and its nursing methods.Methods 100 patients with retinal detachment were collected and randomly divided into the observation group given nursing intervention and control group given routine nursing.Then cases of various complications,sleep quality and negative emotions were observed.Results Cases of eyelid edema（5 cases）,vomiting（7 cases）,elbow skin ulceration（2 cases）,cervical pain（1 cases） in observation group were significantly less than those in the control group;PSQI score（15.37±2.84） was significantly higher than that of the control group;VAS score（2.17±0.65）,HAMD score（25.38±3.74）,HAMA score（19.84±2.74） were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention had positive therapeutic significance for physiological and psychological discomfort caused by continuous face-down position.
