Fascin的生物学特性及其在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 全球疾病负担中的85%以上发生于发展中国家,而其中13%是妇科恶性肿瘤[1]。妇科恶性肿瘤日趋明显的高发生率以及患者的年轻化使其成为威胁全球女性的一大杀手。对于妇科肿瘤方面的基因治疗一直是近些年的研究热点。Fascin,又名成束蛋白,通过与F-肌动蛋白结合,参与细胞骨架的构成,促使细胞膜结构发生改变,从而降低细胞间的稳定性,增加细胞的运动能力。研究发现,Fascin在人类多种肿瘤组织中表达上调,与肿瘤的发生发展。
