摘要
近年来 ,随着永磁材料及轴承技术的发展 ,使倍捻、三倍捻高速捻线机锭子磁力联轴器生产技术获得新的突破。按照结构要求 ,高速捻线机锭子磁力联轴器的设计关键是采用平面轴向磁力偶合原理 ,由带轮—主动磁转子传动内锭—被动磁转子 ,从而解决了内锭传动的难题。高速捻线机锭子磁力联轴器整体充、退磁系统 ,就是专门针对上述情况进行研制 ,并且成功地解决了被充磁元器件形态各异等技术问题 ,满足了厂家对产品整体充。
With the development of permanent magnetic material and bearing technologies, there is a new breakthrough in manufacturing technology of magnetic shaft-coupling of double and triple-speed twister spindle. According to the structural requirament, the design problem of the magnetic shaft-coupling of high-speed twister spindle is to employ the prindple of axial plane magnetic coupling. The integral magnetizing-demagnetizing system of magnetic shaft-coupling of twister spindle is specially designed in accordsnce with above viewpoint. This design has successfully solved the problem of various shaped components to be magnetized, and can meet the requirements of various magnetizing loops and magnetizing heads for integral magnetizing-demagnetizing system.
