“易丰收”对干旱胁迫条件下玉米幼苗生理生化特性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of 'Yifengshou' on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Maize Seedlings under Drought Stress

摘要 用PEG-6000高渗溶液模拟干旱胁迫环境,比较了"易丰收"拌种与单纯PEG-6000高渗溶液处理后,玉米幼苗叶片生理生化指标的变化。试验结果表明,随着干旱胁迫时间的持续,使用"易丰收"拌种处理的玉米植株,与单纯PEG-6000高渗溶液处理相比,玉米幼苗叶片相对含水量增加28%,相对电导率降低45%,可溶性糖含量增加11%,丙二醛含量降低23%,游离脯氨酸含量增加16%,说明"易丰收"能提高玉米植株的抗旱性。 With hypertonic PEG-6000 solution simulating natural drought, the changes of physiological and biochemical characteristics of seedlings leaves were compared between seed dressing with" Yifengshou" and dealing with simple hypertonic PEG-6000 solution. The results showed that with the duration of drought stress, corn plants dealing with seed dressing process by "Yifengshou" compared with dealing with simple hypertonic PEG-6000 solution, the relative water content of leaf was increased by 28% ,the relative electric conductivity was decreased by 45% , the soluble sugar was increased by 11% , the content of malonaldehyde was decreased by 23% , the free proline content was increased by 16% , which showed that " Yifengshou" could improve the drought-resistant of corn.
