GC-MS analysis of volatile components from lemongrass in Yunnan

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取技术从香茅草叶片中萃取挥发性成分,并利用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行分析鉴定,共鉴定了18种成分,含量较高的是β-月桂烯、香叶醛、橙花醛等,其中β-月桂烯含量高达4124.30μg·kg-1,柠檬醛(包括香叶醛和橙花醛)含量达5057μg·kg-1。 The volatile components were extracted from lemongrass by solid-phase micmextraction (SPME), which were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. The results showed that there were 18 volatile components identified, in which the main constituents were Myrcene, geranial, neral and so on. The content of Myrcene was 4124.30 μg ·kg^-1 , that of citral was 5057 μg ·kg^-1 including geranial and neral.
