摘要
目的探讨逆行腓动脉穿支蒂腓肠外侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣在修复儿童跟后区软组织缺损的效果。方法 2006年9月—2011年6月笔者应用逆行腓动脉穿支蒂腓肠外侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复儿童跟后区软组织缺损合并跟腱断裂及骨外露13例,观察临床效果。结果本组皮瓣全部成活,9例术后随访5～25个月,创面均消失,足外形与足踝功能恢复良好。结论逆行腓动脉穿支蒂腓肠外侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复儿童跟后区软组织缺损效果满意。
Objective To explore the effect of pedicled peroneal artery nutrient vessel flap of lateral sural cutaneous nerve in repair of children with soft tissue loss in heel. Methods During September 2006 and July 2011, The author performed pedicled peroneal artery nutrient vessel flap of lateral sural cutaneous nerve in repair of 13 children with soft tissue loss in heel combined with achilles＇ tendon rupture and osteal exposure, and clinical data were observed. Re- sults All the flaps survived, 9 children were followed up for 5-25 months whose wounds disappeared and the appearance and function of ankle obtained satisfactorily. Conclusion The treatment of pedicled peroneal artery nutrient vessel flap of lateral sural cutaneous nerve in repair of children with soft tissue loss in heel has satisfactory result.
