摘要
简述了双螺旋辊式磨浆机的磨浆流程 ;探讨了平行、啮合、同向旋转双螺旋辊磨浆的机理 ;简单列举了国内外应用实例。生产实践表明 ,此种磨浆机将以其低能耗、高磨浆质量和多功能成为新一代磨浆设备。
A twin screw extruder introduced from plastic and food industries to pulp refining is presented The structure of this equipment,which is honored as the third generation of refining equipment after beater and refiner is described The mechanism and working characteristics of this equipment which consists of two parallel,intermeshing screws that rotate in the same direction are discussed,and its practical application in pulp and paper mills are reported The practical application indicated that this equipment is a new generation of refining equipment with the advantage of lower energy consumption and higher refined pulp quality
