摘要
最低工资制度影响的主要对象是以农民工为主体的低收入人群,它不仅可以通过工资性收入直接影响农民生活水平,而且还可以通过"用工荒"、外来务工人员对当地农民就业的替代效应、消费拉动效应等间接影响当地农民生活水平。本文以浙江省11个地区为例,利用面板数据模型发现最低工资制度对农民生活水平的影响因地而异,并从政府、企业和农民三个角度提出相关建议。
The minimum wages institution impacts the low income group whose main parts are rural migrant workers.Not only can it have direct impact on famers’ living standard through wage income,but also can have indirect effect by ＂labor shortage＂,substitution effect of employment between local famer and alien workers,consumption demand from alien workers and so on.This paper takes an empirical analysis using panel data models for 11 regions in Zhejiang province.It is found that the minimum wage has different influences in different regions.Finally,some suggestions are given for governments,enterprises and farmers.
