摘要
目的探讨慢性乙肝Fibroscan弹性值与代谢参数的相关性。方法分析118例慢性乙肝患者Fibroscan弹性值与体脂参数、代谢参数的关系。结果 1)以Fibroscan弹性值界定的不同纤维化程度组间体脂参数、代谢参数比较差异无统计学意义;2)Fibroscan弹性值下四分位数组与上四分位数组间体脂参数、代谢参数比较差异无统计学意义;3)Pearson相关分析发现,Fibroscan弹性值与年龄呈正相关,与UA、TC、HDL-c、LDL-c、ApoA1呈负相关,与H、BW、BMI、SBP、DBP、GLU、TG、ApoB100无相关关系;4)当控制了年龄和BMI后,偏相关分析发现,Fibroscan弹性值仍与HDL-c、LDL-c及ApoA1呈负相关,与TC及UA的相关关系消失;5)多元逐步回归分析发现,仅LDL-c是Fibroscan弹性值的独立影响因素。结论 LDL-c的降低是慢性乙肝Fibroscan弹性值的独立影响因素。
Objective To analyze the relationship between Fibroscan elasticity values and metabolic parameters in chronic hepatitis B. Methods Using the prospective cross-section research to analyze the relationship between Fibroscan elasticity values and anthropornetric parameters,metabolic parameters in 118 cases with chronic hepatitis B. Results 1)There was no significant difference in anthropometric parameters and metabolic parameters between different fibrosis groups defined by Fibroscan elasticity values. 2) There was also no significant difference in anthropometric parameters and metabolic parameters between upper quartile group and lower quartile group defined by Fibrosean elasticity values. 3) Pearson correlation analyses showed that Fibroscan elasticity values was positively correlated with age, negative correlated with UA, TC, HDL-c, LDL-c, ApoA1, not correlated with H, BW, BMI, SBP, DBP,GLU, TG, ApoB100. 4) Adjusting for age and BMI, partial correlation analyses showed that Fibroscan elasticity values was still negative correlated with HDL-c, LDL-c, ApoA1, but the negative correlation between Fibroscan elasticity values and TC, UA disappeared. 5) Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that only LDL- c was independent prognostic factor for Fibroscan elasticity values. Conclusions LDL-c reducing is an independent prognostic [actor for Fibroscan elasticity values in chronic hepatitis B.
