深床过滤技术在植物油清净中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 研究了过滤介质粒度、过滤床高度、温度和压力差等因素对植物深床过滤效果的影响。结果表明过滤介质粒度影响最大。最后探讨了深床过滤的作用机理和应用前景。 Deep-bed filtration (DBF) was introduced in the clarification process of vegetable oil.The effects of some factors such as particle size of packed medium,height of packed column,temperature and pressure difference on filtration efficiency were investigated.It was concluded that the particle size of packed medium was the most important factor to the clarification efficiency.The mechanism of DBF was also discussed and a bright future for the application of DBF was envisaged.
