摘要
针对农村公路水泥混凝土路面板块划分问题,采用三维有限元数值方法,分析了水泥混凝土路面板厚度和模量、基层厚度和模量、路面板平面尺寸对路面板自身热一荷载耦合应力的影响。研究表明:路面板厚度、基层模量及路面板平面尺寸是路面板自身热一荷载耦合应力的显著影响因素。在有限元分析基础上,推荐了农村公路水泥混凝土路面板的合理平面尺寸范围,结合试验路验证表明所推荐的路面板平面尺寸划分合理,为目前农村公路水泥混凝土路面结构的设计与施工提供了有益的参考。
Aiming at the problem of rural road cement concrete pavement, the effects of thickness and modulus of slab, thickness and modulus of the base and plan dimensions of slab on thermal - load coupling stress of slab are analyzed by 3D finite element method. The results show that thickness of slab, modulus of the base and plandimensions of slab are significant influence factors of thermal - load coupling stress of slab. On the basis of analysis of finite element, the plan dimensions range of slabon rural roads is recommended, which is verified reasonable to provide better reference for design and construction of cement concrete pavement of current rural roads, according to the test roads.
