摘要
为了提高旧水泥混凝土路面的承载能力和防止出现反射裂缝 ,用热拌沥青混凝土罩面层并设置 SAMI层的修补技术常被使用。利用三维有限元方法对这样的结构进行了定量的分析和评价 ,通过计算发现 :该结构的最不利荷位在接缝的边缘 ,但随着罩面层厚度的增加 ,接缝对不同位置变形的影响越来越小 ;劈裂强度是一个评价罩面层厚度的有效指标 ,但 SAMI层不能作为单独的结构层进行评价 ;增厚罩面层能降低其底面的最大拉应力 ,若有标高控制时 。
To improve the bearing capacity of old cement concrete pavement and prevent reflective cracking,HMA overlay with SAMI has been used in some highways.This paper is to evaluate the performance of such structure with 3D FEM quantitatively.Through dynamic and static analysis with 3D FEM, it is revealed that the detrimental load position is the edge of joint,but the effect of joint on the structure is smaller and smaller with the increase of overlay's thickness,split strength is an effective criterion to evaluate the overlay's thickness,but SAMI course can not be evaluated as an independent structure, thickening the overlay can decrease the top tensile stress on its bottom.If there is a limit to vertical leveling,the modified asphalt mixture with good properties is recommended.
