甲醛与噪声对神经行为功能影响的联合作用探讨 被引量:15

摘要 为探讨甲醛、噪声以及甲醛与噪声联合作用对作业工人神经行为功能的影响。 [方法 ]本文使用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为功能核心测试组合检测项目 (WHO NCTB) ,分别对从事接触甲醛作业 (5 5名 )、噪声作业 (6 8名 )、甲醛加噪声作用 (96名 )的工人及对照组 (78名 )进行神经行为功能的测试 ,并进行统计分析。[结果 ]甲醛和噪声对神经行为功能均有影响。在甲醛与噪声联合作用中对神经行为功能的影响有增强作用。[结论 ]甲醛和噪声两因素同时存在 ,会加大对人体的神经行为功能的危害。 Objective] This study is to explore the changes of neurobehavioral function in workers exposed to noise and formaldehyde.[Methods] 68 workers exposed to noise,55 workers exposed to formaldehyde,96 workers exposed to formaldehyde and noise and 78 controls were examined with neurobehavioral core test battery recommended by WHO.[Results] The results showed that groups exposed to noise or formaldehyde and to both were significantly different as compared with the control group ( P <0.05).The combined effects of formaldehyde and noise on neurobehavioral function were significantly heavy as compared with the control group ( P <0.01) in all test items.[Conclusion] When workers were exposed to noise and formaldehyde at the same time,adverse effects in neurobehavioral function increased.
