对正乙烷作业工人神经功能隐蔽性影响的初步观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨正乙烷对作业工人神经功能的隐蔽性影响。方法:采用WHO推荐的神经行为核心测试组合(NCTB)对接触正乙烷的作业工人3名和58名对照工人的神经功能进行测试,并测定工人尿中2,5—乙二酮浓度。结果:接触组的紧张、焦虑、困惑、迷茫消极情绪状态得分显著高于对照组。数字跨度、手提转敏捷度习惯用手、目标追踪不正确打点数两组间差异有显著性。等级相关分析发现工人尿2,5—乙二酮浓度与紧张、焦虑、困惑、迷茫呈显著正相关。结论:职业性接触正乙烷的作业工人可出现神经行为功能的改变,提示对神经功能可呈隐蔽性影响。 Objective: To investigate potential effect on neurofunction of the workers exposed to N- hexane. Methods: The concentration of 2, 5 - hexanedione in the urines of 3 workers exposed to N - hexane and 58 workers without exposure history were assayed and WHO neurobehavioral core test battery (NCTB) were carried out in both group of workers. Results: The scores of tension- anxiety, baffle- oonfuse and negative mood state in the exposure group were significantly higher then that of the oontrol group. Significant differences were also shown between the workers and the control groups in Profile of Simple Reaction Time Test, Digit Symbol span Test, Manual Dexterity Test and habits, and Pursuit Aiming Test. The grading correlation analysis showed that the concentration of 2, 5 - hexanedione in the urines had ovbiously positive correlation to the mood state of tension. Conclusion: N - hexane appeared to have certain potential effect to the neurofunction of the exposed workers as shown by NCTB.
