Design of Muzzle Sound Wave Triggering System

摘要 采用CR51电容式声传感器组成非接触式声触发系统既不影响弹丸的飞行姿态,并且能准确输出枪口信号。其通过采集子弹出枪口时产生的声场信号根据中间弹道学对其特性进行分析在时域中运用过零检测算法设计过门限检测电路与单片机程序对枪声信号与外部噪声信号进行识别,判断出有效的枪声信号。并由单片机处理确保枪口信号即便在封闭空间中的准确性和唯一性。证明了系统在工程中的实用性。 This paper uses the CR51 capacitive acoustic sensor composed of non - contact acoustic trigger system affects neither the projectile flight attitude, and accurate output muzzle signal. Through collecting the bullet the muzzle is genera-ted when sound field signal and according to the characteristics of middle ballistics analysis in time domain using the zero crossing detection algorithm designed threshold detection circuit, and single chip microcomputer program to the signal and external noise signal recognition,judge the effective gunfire signal. By MCU processing to ensure that the muz-zle of the signal even in an enclosed space accuracy and uniqueness. Prove the usefulness of the system in the practical engineering.
