水飞蓟宾-磷脂酰胆碱复合物的制备及理化性质研究 被引量:32

摘要 目的 建立水飞蓟宾—磷脂酰胆碱复合物 (SLC)的合成路线并对其理化性质进行研究。方法 应用质子不传递有机溶剂作为反应体系 ,加入水飞蓟宾及磷脂酰胆碱于反应体系中 ,充分搅拌至澄清 ,真空干燥去掉有机溶剂得黄白色固体物 ,即为新合成的物质 ;对新合成物质进行纸层析、不同溶剂中的溶解性观察及进行红外光谱、磷核磁共振波谱检测。结果 合成方法可行 ,收率达 93 % ;对新生成物质研究显示 ,SLC在一些有机溶剂中的溶解性既不同于水飞蓟宾 ,亦不同于磷脂酰胆碱。结论 SLC具有较高脂溶性 ,必定易被机体吸收 ;SLC是以非共价键结合 ,故水飞蓟宾及磷脂酰胆碱自身化学性质在体内不会改变。 Objective To find a proper route of synthesis of silybin-phosphatidylcholine compound (SLC)and to assay its physicochemical properties. Methods Using non-transmit proton organic solvent as reaction medium, silybin and phosphatidyl-choline were added into the medium and stirred till the medium cleared. When the organic solvent was removed by vacuum evaporation , the new synthesized compound being gotten. Test of this new compound's physicochemical properties including the infrared spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, paper chromatogram and solubility in some organic solvents were performed. Results The synthesis method was available, and the rate of recovery was 93%. The compound was a non-covalent complex but its solubility was neither the same as for silybin nor the lecithin in some organic solvents. Conclusion The new compound has a higher solubility so it would be easy absorbed by human body and its chief chemical property can not be changed because of the compound consist of non-covalent.
