摘要
以自由度和变动理论为基础,研究了基于自由度变动的直线定向公差数学模型表示方法。根据ASME数学定义的解释,分析了直线平行度、垂直度和倾斜度的被约束要素与相关基准之间的关系。针对给定方向和任意方向的不同情况,研究了由两平行平面所围成的区域和由圆柱面所围成的区域不同定向公差域的形状,系统地推导了直线定向公差的数学模型。通过实例进行了应用分析。
A new mathematical model based on DOF variation was purposed for linear orientation tolerance. According to ASME standard, the relationships between the constrained features and datum of linear parallelism, perpendicularity and angularity were analyzed respectively. The forms of tolerance zone were developed based on difference measurement requirements and conditions. The mathematical model of linear orientation tolerance was deduced systematically. By using this model, the semantics of tolerance was exactly represented and could be used by the following processing. An example was analyzed to show the effectiveness of this model in tolerance analysis.
