摘要
为了研究高度近视眼血流动力学变化 ,应用彩色多谱勒血流仪检测 35例高度近视眼和 30例正常的眼动脉、睫状后短动脉及视网膜中央动脉的血流参数 ;测定收缩期血流峰值速度、舒张末期血流速度、时间相关的平均最大血流速度、搏动指数、阻力指数及收缩期血流峰值速度和舒张末期血流速度比值。结果显示 :高度近视眼的视网膜中央动脉及睫状后短动脉血流速度低于正常人组 (P <0 0 1) ,血管阻力高于正常人组 (P <0 0 5) ;高度近视眼的眼动脉各血流参数与正常人比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。说明眼部供血不足可能是引起高度近视眼视网膜、脉络膜进行性病理改变的原因。
To understand the etiological mechanism of binocular damage in excessive myopia,the ocular hemodynamics of thirty-five patients with excessive myopia and thirty normal controls were determined by using color doppler blood flow imaging.Then the peak systolic velocity(Vtmax),the end diastolic velocity(Vmin),the time averaged maximum velocity(Vmax),the pules index(PI),the resistance index(RI) and S/D(Vmax/Vmin)of the ophthalmic artery(OA),the short posterior ciliary artery(SPCA) and the central retinal artery(CRA) were compared in the two groups.The results were as follows;Compared with the normal subjects,the patients with excessive myopia showed a decreased blood flow velocity in the short posterior ciliary arteries and the central retinal artery(P<0 01),and an increased PI,RI and S/D(P<0 05);all six blood flow parameters of OA in the two groups were not significantly different from each other(P>0 05).These findings suggest that the blood-supply deficiency of binoculus in excessive myopia could cause the progressive lesion of retinas and chorioids of the patients.
