摘要
根据潍坊市数字图书馆的建设经验,提出建设具有自主知识产权的数字图书馆体系的一揽子解决方案,包括建设原则、选题、资源整合加工、资源存储、数字图书馆应用及发布平台核心技术5个方面,以指导基层图书馆突破数字图书馆发展的主要瓶颈。
Basing on experience of construction of Weifang Digital Library, the paper offers a basket of solutions for constructing digital library with independent intellectual property rights, including construction principles, topics selection, resource＇s integration and processing, resource storage, application of digital library, core techniques of releasing platform, so as to lead grass-roots library to break through bottlenecks in the development of digital library.
