摘要
科技成果转化已成为我国经济发展的主要“瓶颈”之一。首先对成果转化做了界定，然后进行成果转化的系统分析，并从理论上阐明了成果转化的模式、特点及其设计原则。
Technology conversion has become one of the main obstacles in our country's economic development. The article first gives a definition to technology conversion, and then makes a systematic analysis of it,elaborating theoretically on its model, characteristics and principles. It also provides reference to the decision of technology conversion.
