摘要
抽油机是目前采油生产中的主要抽油设备,同时也是油田耗能的主要设备。将抽油机一有杆泵抽油系统分为地面及井下两部分,根据抽油机井光杆功率及电网向抽油机系统输入的总电能,分析得出抽油机井地面能耗约占总能耗的30%,地下能耗约占总能耗的70%,地下能耗节能潜力较大。地下损失能量主要包括黏滞损失功率和滑动损失功率,滑动损失功率与冲程和冲次成正比,黏滞损失功率与冲程和冲次的平方成正比。在抽油机井能耗影响因素中,运行参数是易于控制的主要影响因素。因此,确定了"大泵径、长冲程、低冲次"的地面及地下一体化优化节能思路。累计实施1152井次,系统效率由优化前的26.17%提高到30.81%,节电率达15.09%,年节电1216.86×104kW.h,节约电费776.48万元,加上节约作业费用和维护费用,年获经济效益1420.28万元。
Pumping units are the primary oil pumping equipment used in oil production and are also the main energy consumers in an oilfield.Dividing the pumping unit-sucker rod pump oil pumping system into two sections-the part above the surface and the part down the borehole,and based on tile polished rod horsepower of the rod-pumped well as well as the total electric power supplied by the power grid Io the pumping unit system,researchers drew the conclusions that the rod -pumped well' s energy consumption above the surface represented 30% of the well's total energy consumption,energy consumption underground represented about 70% of the total energy consumption and there is a big potential lot saving energy un- derground.The main sources of energy lost underground include power loss attributed to viscous friction and power loss attributed to sliding friction.The latter is proportional to length of stroke and frequency of stroke and the former is proportional to the square of the length of stroke as well as tile frequency of stroke.As among all the factors affecting the energy consumption of a rod-pumped well,nperating parame- ters are the primary affecting factors easy to control,the researchers determined the principle of "large pump diameter,long length of stroke and low frequency of stroke" for an energy saving plan that inte- grates the surface and underground segments of wells.The plan has been implemented 1152 times. As a re- suit,system efficiency rose to 30.81% from 26.17%,electric power use dropped by 15.09% and annual power savings reached 1216.86×10^4kW.h,which is worth 7.7648 million yuan.lf operating and maintenance costs saved are considered,the benefits from energy savings reached 14.2028 million yuan per year.
