摘要
研究了抽油机井生产系统优化设计方法,并对辽河油田部分抽油机井的抽汲参数进行了优化设计。结果表明:利用该方法,能够实现抽油机井的机、杆、泵抽汲参数和下泵深度等参数之间的最优组合。优化后,对于部分流压较高油井,产量提高幅度很大;对于流压较低的井,可以提高泵效,节能降耗,因而,为现场优化生产系统提供了理论依据。
A method of optimization of pumping well production system was studied, and the swabbing parameters of some pumping wells of Liaohe oil field are optimized,results show that the optimum combination of swabbing parameters of pumping well can be realized by using this method. After optimization, the production is raised greatly in wells of higher flowing pressure, the pump efficiency can be raised and the energy can be saved in wells of lower flowing pressure, therefore the theretical basis is provided for optimizing field production system.
