摘要
研究了新型半光亮镍添加剂DN-2,光亮镍添加剂BN-3及组合镀层的性能,并与美国Udylite公司、M&T公司及英国Canning公司同类产品进行了对比。DN-2具有优良的抗硫、抗铁杂质性能,BN-3具有出光快的特点;多层镍的孔隙率低于同厚度的单层镍及铜镍组合镀层。中性盐雾试验及CASS试验证明,多层镍铬具有优良的抗蚀性能。
Investigations were made on the semi-bright nickel plating additive DN-2, bright nickel plating additive BN-3 and the properties of Composite coatings. Comparisms were also carried out on the performances of the coatings reported home and abroad. NSS and CASS tests have both indicated the excellent corrosion resistance of the multilayer Ni-Cr coating.
