摘要
介绍了炭布增强硼酚醛烧蚀材料 ( 2 D C/FB)的制备 ,研究了工艺对复合材料力学性能和烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明 ,硼酚醛 FB树脂 90 0℃残炭率高达 70 % ,高于普通酚醛树脂 (钡酚醛 ) ,采用优化工艺制备的 2 D C/FB材料力学性能和烧蚀性能优异 ,剪切强度高达 3 9.
A carbon cloths reinforced boron phenolic ablative materials were prepared.The effects of processing on the mechanical and ablative properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that the char yield(70% at 900℃)of boron phenolic resin is higher than that of barium phenolic resin(56%).The propeties of carbon cloths reinforced boron phenolic composites formed using optimizing process are excellent with the shear strength of 39.7MPa.
