摘要
对某电厂一台 2 0 0 MW机组的振动问题作了测试分析 ,指出其主要原因是中压转子一阶质量不平衡及工作转速下中压 /低压转子联轴器不平衡 ,并就其不平衡的来源作了进一步的分析。在现场通过对中压转子和联轴器上实施动平衡后 。
Based on measurement, the vibration of a 200MW turbine generator set was analysed. It is pointed out that the main reasons for the vibration are the 1st mode unbalance of IP rotor and the unbalance of the coupling between IP and LP. rotors. After dynamic balance of the IP rotor and the coupling, the vibration problem was basically solved.
