摘要
沙角Ｃ厂３号机在试运过程中，发生中压转子弯曲事故。经分析事故的原因，并对中压缸的轴封和汽封间隙进行了计算，最后确定了轴封和汽封的改造措施以及中压转子的直轴方案。经处理后机组已顺利投产。
Bending failure of intermediate pressure rotor of No.3 unit in Shajiao C Power Plant occurred during trial operation.Through analysis of failure cause and calculation of shaft glands and their elearances,the retrofitting measures of shaft glands and steam sealings and shaft straightening method of intermediate pressure rotor were finally determined.Presently No.3 unit has been operating satisfactorily.
