摘要
介绍人工骨的数字开发流程,阐述各种快速成形技术(RP)在医学上的应用。通过医学三维重构软件MIMICS对部分头骨进行三维实体重构,并利用FDM快速成形工艺进行快速成形,以RP成形件为母体进行快速硅橡胶模的开发。实践证明,应用数字制造技术为修复体等医学产品制作提供了一种有效提高临床治疗效果和修复美学效果的方法。
The digital development process of artificial bone was introduced, rapid prototyping was described in medical applica- tions, the differences of applications among different RP technologies were explained. The part of the skull was reconstructed by medi- cal three-dimensional MIMICS software, rapidly formed by FDM rapid prototyping technology, and finally the parent silicone rubber mold for rapid prototyping parts was developed. Practice has proved that application of digital manufacturing technology for the produc- tion of prostheses and other medical products provides an effective clinical treatment and rehabilitation to improve the aesthetic effect.
