摘要
联合结构长期应变监测数据和线弹性断裂力学提出正交异性钢桥面板的疲劳寿命评估方法,以坝陵河大桥钢桥面板的焊接细节为对象开展应用研究。采用Paris方程建立了疲劳极限状态方程,并基于应变监测数据建立桥梁应力幅谱Δσi~ni,计算等效应力幅Δσe,对正交异性钢桥面板疲劳寿命进行评估,为钢桥面板的维护提供依据。
A fatigue life assessment method for orthotropic steel bridge deck is developed based on the long-term structural strain monitoring data and the principle of linear elastic fracture me- chanics, and the application study is carried out with the welding details of the steel bridge deck of Balinghe River Bridge as the background. The fatigue limit state function is established by Paris equation,the stress range spectrum △σi~ni of the bridge is formulated by using the strain monitoring data, and the equivalent stress range △σe is also calculated, based on which the fatigue life of orthotropic steel deck is assessed. The study provides references for steel bridge deck maintenance.
