盐酸川芎嗪经皮制剂的制备工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究盐酸川芎嗪经皮制剂的处方组成。方法分别考察了流涎法与浇注-冷冻-复解冻法的成型工艺,综合比较制剂的成型性、脱模性、弹性、韧性及稳定性。结果最优处方为采用聚乙烯醇、明胶作为制剂的骨架材料,甘油为保湿剂和增塑剂,羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为胶黏剂,制成凝胶为载体,确定了浇注-冷冻-复解冻法的成型工艺。结论该经皮给药系统具有药物容量高、透皮性、贴敷性好、贴着舒适、不污染衣物等优点。 Objective To study the prescription compositions of transdermal tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride preparation. Methods In- vestigated two different kinds of preparation technics, salivation and pouring cooling method. We compared the taking shape, taking off the module, elasticity, tenacity and stability of paths comprehensively. Results PVA and the gelatin was used as the skeletal material of the preparation; glycerin was used as humectantand plasticizer; the CMC- Na and PVP were used as adhesive; zinc oxide was used as filler;the components were produced into the gel as the transdermal delivery system of the carrier. The preparation technics of pouring cooling method was selected. Conclusion The transdermal delivery system has the advantages of high drug capacity, good permeation rate and sticking to spread, comfortable sticking and non- polluting clothes etc.
