摘要
本试验研究灌水量和氮、磷、钾肥用量对番茄果实中可溶性糖含量的影响。通过盆栽试验,采用四元二次正交旋转组合设计,建立番茄果实可溶性糖含量与水肥因子的数学模型,并对各单一因素及两两因素的耦合效应进行分析。结果表明,在其他因子为中间水平时,番茄果实可溶性糖含量随灌水量、施磷量和随施钾的增加先减小后增加,但不随氮肥用量的变化而变化。施磷量和施钾量对番茄果实可溶性糖含量的影响明显大于灌水量和施氮量。交互效应表现为,灌水量和施氮量、施磷量和施钾量间的负交互作用对番茄果实可溶性糖含量影响显著。
The effects of irrigation amount and fertilizer amount of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) fertilizers on the soluble sugar content in tomato fruits are investigated in this paper. Through pot experiment, quadratic orthogonal regressive ro- tation design with four factors is used to establish a regression model for the relation between water and fertilizer amount and soluble sugar content in tomato. Meanwhile, single and coupling effects are analyzed too. The results show that if other factors are mean level, the soluble sugar content in tomato decreases firstly but then increases with the increase of the amount of irrigation, P fertilizer or K fertilizer. However, it is not affected by N fertilizer amount. The effects of P and K fertilizer amount on the soluble sugar con- tent in tomato are larger than that of N fertilizer and irrigation amount. The interaction effects are displayed that the negative interac- tion effect between irrigation and N fertilizer amount and that between P and K fertilizer amount have significant influence on the sol- uble sugar content in tomato.
