血管内皮生长因子及其受体在原发性胆囊癌中的分布及意义

摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在原发性胆囊癌(PGC)生长、转移等生物学行为中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学LDP法研究47例PGC组织中VEGF及其受体(KDR)的定位与表达。结果:PGC组织中VEGF表达的阳性率为65.96%,阳性物质主要位于肿瘤细胞胞浆,KDR阳性物质位于癌细胞及癌组织旁的血管内皮细胞。VEGF表达在PGC高分化型(62.86%),Nevin临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅲ期(56.25%)和淋巴结未转移者(47.62%),显著性低于中低分化型(75%)、Ⅳ~Ⅴ期(86.67%)和有淋巴转移者(80.77%)(均P<0.05),但在胆囊腺癌(62.5%)和其它病理类型癌(73.33%)间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF及其受体KDR的作用在PGC的生长、进展和转移中可能有重要作用。 Object:To probe the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)on the growth and metastases of primary gall-bladder carcinoma(PGC). Methods: The localization and distribution of VEGF and its receptor KDR in 47 cases of PGC were detected by immunohistochemistry LDP method. Results:The VEGF positive rate was 65.96% ,and VEGF was local-ized in cytoplasm of vascular endothelial cell of gallbladder cancer tissue. The VEGF positive rates of well-differentiated (62.86%),Nevin clinical Ⅰ~Ⅲ stages(56.25%)and non-metastases PGC(47.62%)were statistically lower than those of poor-differentiated(75.00%),Nevin clinical Ⅳ~Ⅴ stages(86.67%)and lymph nodal non-metastases PGC(80.77%)(P <0.05,respectively). However, there was no significant association between VEGF expression and histological type(P> 0.05). Conclusion: The biologic effect of VEGF/KDR system might have an important role in the growth, progression and metastases of PGC.
