摘要
会聚技术从被提出以来,已在世界范围内引起广泛关注。技术会聚是技术发展的一种模式。会聚技术蕴含着物质性、系统性、综合性等特性。由于会聚技术的发展涉及人之为人的本性,我们应该慎重发展会聚技术并将技术伦理贯穿于会聚技术的设计及应用之中,确保会聚技术的发展是有益而不是危及我们人类自身。
The NBIC has drawn wide attention in the world since it was proposed. Technology convergence is also a model of technology development. Converging technology contains materiality, systematicness, comprehensiveness and so on. Converging technology involves the nature of human beings, so we should be prudent in developing it and put technological ethics throughout the design and application of it, and ensure the development of converging tech- nology is beneficial rather than dangerous to ourselves.
