摘要
技术发展有一种内在的牵引力,它存在于技术发展的历史长河中,也存在于某个具体的技术的发展进程中,它有多种表现形式。它来源于技术内部各要素之间、相关联的技术之间以及技术各层面之间的非线性相互作用。它对技术发展起牵引作用但不是唯一起作用的因素,它和其他张力交织在一起共同起作用。
There is an intrinsic traction force in technological development. It exists not only in the long history of technological development but also in the process of concrete technology. It has various manifestations. It is from nonlinear interaction that occurs among the essential elements and among the relevant technology. All of the tensions interweave with each other. They altogether push forward technology.
