摘要
20世纪90年代以来,中西部地区不仅出口贸易发展的绝对水平远低于东部地区,而且出口稳定性也明显低于东部地区。研究表明,经济发展水平、出口商品集中度、出口产品结构和贸易开放度的不同是导致中国出口波动出现地区差异的重要原因。出口商品集中度是东部地区出口波动最为重要的影响因素,而影响中西部地区出口波动的重要因素是贸易开放度。东部地区推行出口商品多样化的政策正当其时,而中西部地区进一步加大对外开放的力度,提升经济发展水平,由此可望实现经济持续增长与出口稳定发展的良性循环。
Since the 1990s, the absolute level of export trade development in the cen^al and western regions is far lower than that of the eastern region, and the export fluctuations are also lower than the eastern region. This article shows that the differences of level of economic development, export commodity concentration, export structure and trade openness are the ma- jor factors to cause the difference of the export fluctuation between the eastern region and the central and western regions. Con- centration of export commodities is the most important factor of export fluctuations in the east region, and the vital element of the central and western regions＇ is the trade openness. It may be the right time for the eastern part to implement the policy of di- versification of export commodities, while the central and western regions need to further the increase of openness, and raise the level of economic development, thus a virtuous cycle effect of the sustained economic growth and stable export development may be achieved.
