摘要
分析了西山晋兴能源有限责任公司斜沟选煤厂煤泥水处理系统存在的问题,并提出了改造方案及实施措施。由于压滤煤泥含量比设计时(r=2.15%)增多,增幅达2.43%,超出了压滤机的设计处理量,造成浓缩池负荷过大。技改后,作业过程中压滤煤泥产率在3.40%左右,基本可以停煤后不用压料,解决了浓缩机负荷过大问题,避免压耙子重大机电事故的发生,提高了经济效益。
Analyses the problems of slurry water treatment system in Xiegou coal preparation plant of Xishan Jinxing energy Co. , LTD. , and puts forward the reform plan and implementation measures. Due to the filter slime content than design (r = 2.15% ) increased, increase by 2.43 percent, beyond the filter press design throughput, cause thickener overload. After technical improvement, in the process of operation filter coal slurry productivity about 3.40 percent, basically dont press material after stopped coal, solves the problem of thickener overload, avoids major mechanical and electrical accidents of rake trapped failure and increases the economic benefits
