摘要
在众多煤泥水处理方法中,自然沉淀法处理效果不好,所需时间久;浓缩沉淀法涉及的设备多,处理能力、效果相对较好;反渗透技术能净化水质,但因膜的特性而存在局限性;而混凝沉淀处理效果好、能力大,但药剂成本高且不易回收、降解;电化学法性能优异,却鲜有应用实例。提出应开发高效的天然絮凝剂,并从节能降耗、安全等着手开发电化学法处理煤泥水的实际应用工艺。
Among coal slurry treatment methods: Firstly, the natural precipitation treatment is not so good and time-consuming. Secondly, the concentration-precipitation technology requires a large mount of equipment, and its processing capacity and effect are relatively acceptable. Thirdly, although the reverse osmosis method can efficiently purify water, its applications are seriously limited owing to the vulnerable properties of membrane. Except the above-mentioned methods, the coagulation-sedimentation treatment stands out for its high efficiency and large capacity, but the cost of chemical agents is high, and it is hard to recycle and degrade. The electrochemical method is excellent for its high performance, and the relevant reports on the electrochemical treatment are rarely seen. On the basis of the summary of these methods, the efficient natural flocculant should be developed. Meanwhile, the practical applications of the electrochemical method should be developed from saving energy and resources, safety.
