内皮抑素的抗肿瘤作用展望
摘要
内皮抑素能够抑制内皮细胞的增生 ,对多种肿瘤均有抑制作用 ,且无耐药性和毒性反应。锌对于内皮抑素的抗血管生成是必要的。内皮抑素的抗肿瘤机制在于它有一个肝素结合部位。内皮抑素必将成为肿瘤抗血管生成疗法的希望。
