摘要
磁电复合薄膜材料由铁磁相和铁电相复合而成,其在一定温度范围内不仅同时具有铁磁性、铁电性,而且更重要的是具有磁电耦合效应或磁电效应,已成为目前功能材料领域新的研究热点之一。阐述了磁电复合薄膜的磁电耦合机制,介绍了磁电复合薄膜的分类和特点;综述了磁电复合薄膜理论研究中几种主要的研究方法,并论述了实验研究的进展;最后指出了目前磁电复合材料研究中存在的问题和发展趋势。
The magnetoelectric composite films are composed of ferromagnetic and ferroelectric phase. In a cer- tain temperature range, they have the properties of ferromagnetism and ferroelectricity, and more importantly, mag- netoelectric coupling effect or magnetoelectric effect, making them one of the new research hotspots in the field of functional materials. Magnetoelectric coupling mechanisms, classification and characteristics of magnetic composite films are introduced and summarized. Main methods of theoretical studies on magnetic composite films are reviewed, and progresses of experimental studies are also discoursed. Finally, existing problems of researches on these films are discussed, and further research trends are pointed out.
