摘要
为解决某型发动机P″2导管根部易发生疲劳断裂的问题,采用有限元分析的方法对P″2导管进行振动模态分析和谐响应计算,得到其固有振动频率以及应力分布图,并针对提出的两种改装方案进行仿真比较,经过综合分析得到最佳的改装方案。对P″2导管进行应变测量,通过试验数据验证改装方案的可行性。
Finite element analysis method was adopted to solve the fatigue fracture problem of the root of a certain engine' s P"2 pipe. The nature vibration frequency and the stress distribution of the P"2 pipe were gotten by the vibration modal analysis and the har- monic response calculation. Comparing the two reform plans through simulation, the better one was chosen by comprehensively analy- sis. Finally, the feasibility of the reform plan is validated by the strain measurement to the P"2 pipe.
