微波幅度均衡器有限元振动模态分析

摘要 从振动模态分析理论入手,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算了微波幅度均衡器的前8阶振动频率和振型,分析了均衡器产生机械失效损伤的应力分布。同时,找到了振动引起均衡器相位噪声,从而影响电参数性能的原因。 Based on the theory of vibration modal analysis, up to 8 natural vibration frequencies and their mode shapes were calculated with ANSYS finite element analysis software. Their stress distributions of some modes, where micro-crack are formed easily to make microwave equalizer invalidation, were analyzed also. And, the reasons of phase noise, which influence the electric parameter characters of equalizer, induced by random vibration of the equalizer were explained.
