摘要
基于实时参数P-δ预测暂态系统稳定性,得到发电机功角δ的预测值,以功角预测值不大于预先设定的门槛值作为暂态稳定的条件,通过引入最优控制原理,在系统暂态稳定的条件下,得到发电机最优输入机械功率调整量,把微分方程所描述的电力系统控制问题,转化为以发电机输入机械功率为控制量的最优控制问题,以实现暂态稳定最优控制。
The predicted value of generator power angle is acquired by predicting transient stability based on real-time parameters. Then the optimal control theory is intl'oduced to ensure the transient stability on the condition that the predicted value of power angle is no larger than the pre-set threshold value. Correspondingly, the adjusted amount for optimal input mechanical power of generators is obtained. Thereby, the power system control based on differential e- quation is transformed into the optimal control based on generator optimal input mechanical power, with a view to a- chieving the optimal control of transient stability.
