50例高龄冠心病患者的手术治疗 被引量：5

摘要 目的:研究冠状动脉旁路移植手术治疗50例高龄冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析接受冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗50例高龄冠心病患者的临床资料,1例为左前降支冠状动脉病变,9例为2支冠状动脉病变,25例为3支CA病变,15例伴随着左主干狭窄。CA支架置入后8例患者复发心绞痛,1例为二次CABG。结果:50例患者中,除了1例患者因伴随着不稳定心绞痛症状要服用医生给予的硝酸酯类药物进行有效性控制之外,其余49例患者的基本症状均得到了极大的改善。结论:采用冠状动脉旁路移植手术治疗高龄冠心病患者虽然存在一定的风险,但临床疗效均令人满意,值得在临床上做进一步推广和应用。
