连续35例80岁以上高龄患者行冠状动脉旁路移植手术无死亡的临床经验 被引量：4

摘要 近年来，外科手术技术日臻完善，围手术期处理水平增高，高龄已经不再是冠状动脉旁路移植（CABG）手术的禁忌。但是，高龄患者多数伴有糖尿病，高血压，脑血管病，慢性肺、肾功能不全等疾患，因此，围手术期出现出血，感染，低心排综合征，呼吸功能、肾功能不全等合并症的发生率高。我们针对这些高龄患者的特点，实行了有针对性地治疗方法，并取得了良好疗效，现总结如下。
