摘要
大学章程在现代大学的建设和发展中,有着举足轻重的作用。本文基于大学章程实施的现状分析,借鉴国外大学章程实施经验,从明确大学章程法理地位、完善章程实施细则及建立健全监督机制、救济制度等方面提出了推进大学章程实施的有效策略。
University regulations plays a vital role in the construction and development of modern universities. Based on the current situation of university regulations implementation in China and referring experiences in other countries, this paper proposed some effective strategies for the propulsion of university regulations implementation from legal status confirmation, improvement of detailed regulation implementation, and strengthening of supervision and remedy system.
