血小板生成调控机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血小板(PLT)是参与血栓形成及止血的重要血液成分,其质量或数量的异常可导致多种出血及血栓性疾病的发生。PLT的生成是一个多因素参与的复杂调控过程。目前发现,PLT的产量、大小及形态受多种转录因子、骨架蛋白、凋亡酶、整合素、细胞因子及切应力等因素的调控。深入地探讨及阐明PLT生成的调控机制,不仅有助于明确相关疾病的病理机制,还可为PLT相关疾病的临床诊治提供坚实的理论依据。
