摘要
本文报道了流体切应力对癌细胞的破坏。实验结果表明:在恒定切应力场中,切应力对癌细胞有极强烈的破坏作用。在假定同株癌细胞群体与切应力作用有关的各性质是均一的条件下,可以认为存活率与时间的关系为指数关系,即存活率V=e(-kt)(k为常数,t为时间),此结论与实验结果十分吻合。本文研究了癌细胞在恒定切应力场中存活率与温度的关系,揭示了癌细胞存活率的变化反映了膜的流变性质的变化,膜的相变导致了存活率的剧烈变化。并通过实验证实细胞的骨架系统影响着细胞的变形能力。本文还探讨了切应力破坏癌细胞的机制,提出了切应力破坏癌细胞的模型,并指出切应力对细胞膜的破坏是致死癌细胞的主要原因。
<ABSTRACT>
Experiments on hydrodestruction of tumor cellsin constant shear stress
field are carried out with a rotational viscometer. Above a threshold stress
level, tumor cells are extensively damaged due to shear stresses. Assuming
the same death-probability of individual cell, we can derive out the rela-
tionship between V (Viability of tumor cells ) and t (shearing time ), V =
e-kt (K is constant ). The derivation is well-coincided with the results of
our experiments.
The rising of local temperature causes the loss of tumor cell viability,
the abrupt change of viability being due to phase transition of cell mem-
brane.
The hydrodynamic destruction model of tumor cell is discussed and ex-
amined and results showed that shearinduced damage is closely related to
the cyclic loading on the cell membrane and fatigue process of the cell mem-
brane.
