摘要
农产品供应链管理的首要任务是满足市场需求并保障农产品流通过程的稳定,但无法预测的突发事件会破坏农产品供应链系统的协调,并带来损失,这需要采取必要的措施进行应急管理。根据农产品的特性,以下游需求在短期内发生突变为背景,研究由单个供应商和多个零售商构成的农产品供应链系统,通过推导说明,线性数量折扣机制和非线性数量折扣机制作为2种不同的应急措施是可以实现供应链协调的,且非线性数量折扣机制能保证供应链获得更高的收益。
The primary mission of supply chain management of agricultural products is to meet the market demand and guarantee the stability of circulation process. However, the unpredictable emergencies could destroy the coordinated supply chain and produce losses. For this reason, some concrete measures are in urgent need to cope with the emergency. Based on the unique characteristics of agricultural products, this paper considers a single supplier and multi retailers agricultural products supply chain system under demand disruptions in a short time of downstream firms. Through mathematical deducing, both linear and nonlinear quantity discount mechanism are proven to be feasible for supply chain coordination. The numerical study shows that the impact of nonlinear quantity discount mechanisms on the profit of supply chain is much higher.
