摘要
以乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经过酯的肼解、成环反应、胺的烷基化、酮和肼的缩合、酰胺的水解、胺和醛的缩合等6步反应合成吡蚜酮原药,合成总收率(以水合肼计)为71.0%,原药含量≥98%。
Pymetrozine was synthesized with original material Ethyl acetate through hydrazinolysis, cyclisation, al- kylation,condensation,hydrolysis and condensation.The product was obtained in 71.0% total yield with 98% purity.
